Buddha Head Statue (Material - Plaster of Paris)

Buddha was a great philosopher, who taught the language of peace. He wanted Human Beings to live in peace and harmony with each other and also to realise the meaning of inner self. His teachings are for the goodness of society and are in a very simplified form. His followers were mainly householders and common people.  He wanted to help people, to get rid of their sorrows and he found that root cause of sorrow is desire.  He preached in the language of people. All these made him a religious cult later.
