Tibetan Tingsha Bells

Tingsha bell is a buddhist percussion instrument used for rituals. It is used for space clearing. Space clearing is done for various reasons - like before moving to a new home or space, after shifting from a place or after the death of a family member. The unique bell sound is believed to clear old energy , the vibration from the bell welcomes fresh energy. The tingsha bell has two cymbals joined by a leather strip. Tingsha bells are used for toning. Toning is a technique used to relieve of stress and mental tensions.
